I know my entries have been sporadic, but as of yesterday, I was only 2 days behind. Now I'm going to fall at least a week behind. I pulled my hamstring/glute yesterday....badly. I've done this once or twice before and it takes at least a week to start feeling better. I'm going to try being a bit more aggressive in my treatment based on some research I've done.
Hopefully I'll be posting back here shortly.
How did I do it you ask? My brother had a giant slip and slide setup for his party. After 20 plus runs, I just pulled up lame. You'd think my then I would have been warmed up. So it goes, and yes, it was worth it. So much fun.
